Kessel
Kessel is an old historic village on the Maas. In the middle of the village is a ruin that has been completely renovated in a modern style, with several old houses surrounding it. The village has approximately 5000 inhabitants. There are also several restaurants and terraces for a snack and a drink. For general necessities you can go to Supermarket de Plus in Kessel. For all other primary art. you can go to the drugstore and "de Bondj" which has camping supplies, barbecue supplies, animal feed and supplies, household items, etc. The center is approximately 2.5 km. from Ut Tumpke.

Cycling, walking, with us you can go in all directions. We are located along the Heldense forests with many walking and cycling opportunities. The Maas is about 2 km from us. Here you can go to the locks in Baarlo. There are several cycling routes on the Maas, where you can enjoy the ships and the Maas panorama. There are also several museums and sights nearby.
At about 7 km. Panningen is located away. Pleasant village with many shops, boutiques and several large supermarkets. On Wednesday there is a large market.
Roermond
Roermond is about 20 km away from Ut Tumpke.
The city center of Roermond has a cozy and characteristic appearance.
Along the inner city is the Outlet of Roermond and a little further the Retail Park
with all XL stores including the Vrijbuiter for your camping gear.
Venlo
Venlo is a modern city with a large indoor shopping center on the Maas boulevard.
Also located there is theater the Maaspoort and the Limburg museum.
Venlo is located about 15 km from Ut Tumpke.
